Mother Dough, Los Feliz LA

Before the long trek back to Aus, Priya and I went to Mother Dough for pizza. After careful scouring of the internet for a tasty pizza place near Echo Park we found Mother Dough, a trendy, modern, typically Los Feliz/Silver Lake spot. Simple Italian pizzas cooked crisp in a wood fire oven, good service and a nice atmosphere. Priya and I ordered a Margherita and Prosciutto Arugula pizza respectively. Both were crisp, unctuous and piping hot. We finished off the meal with a chocolate cake, which was as expected, extremely rich. All in all Mother Dough was a satisfying, and reasonably priced pizza joint on Sunset and should be given a go when the craving for pizza inevitably arises.
