800 Degrees isn’t as much of a restaurant as it is an assembly line. Jump in the queue point out your options and watch the flames do their work. I was tentative to say the least to try this mockery of Italian pizza, however upon stepping through the doors I realized this place knew what it was doing. A great dough, simple sauce and quality toppings took me back to my days in Tuscany. Definitely worth a try for a quick, delicious pizza, which must be washed down with a crisp Italian beer (or a not so Italian cider)..
